- RTL-first utilities
- Dark theme + light theme + 3 brand themes (zen/sunset/ocean · כבר הוגדרו ב‑settings.html)
- Mobile-first media queries
- Reusable animations (fadeIn, slideUp, pulse, shimmer)

**Do NOT modify existing pages** — just build the system.
Document: `ops/DESIGN_SYSTEM.md` with usage examples.

### U.2 · Unified Top Navigation (3h)
**Deliverable:** navigation bar שמופיע בכל דף, עם:
- Logo + brand name
- 5-6 primary links (דינמיים לפי profile)
- User avatar dropdown (login/profile/settings/logout)
- Theme switcher inline
- Language picker
- Notifications bell (future)

**Files:**

- Replaces existing inconsistent navs

### U.3 · Typography + Iconography (2h)
**Current:** 3 different fonts (Rubik, Inter, Space Mono) with inconsistent weights.

**Target:** 1 primary (Rubik for Hebrew) + 1 mono (Space Mono) + consistent weights scale.

**Also:** audit all emojis → replace with Font Awesome icons where appropriate (more controllable).

### U.4 · Responsive Audit (3h)
Test 17 pages at:
- 360×640 (mobile portrait)
- 768×1024 (tablet)
- 1440×900 (desktop)

Report issues + fix critical ones:
- Text overflowing
- Buttons too small on touch
- Sidebar squeezes content
- Forms breaking on mobile

Deliverable: `ops/RESPONSIVE_AUDIT.md` + specific page fixes.

### U.5 · Loading States + Skeletons (2h)
כל fetch endpoint → במקום "טוען..." ברקע אפור, להציג skeleton loaders:
- Card skeleton (gradient shimmer)
- List skeleton (rows)
- Text skeleton (lines)
- Avatar skeleton (circle)

CSS-only, no JS library. Reusable classes.

### U.6 · Dark Mode Perfection (2h)
גם הדפים שיש להם dark theme — יש inconsistencies:
- `#05080f` vs `#0a0c12` vs `#0f121b` — 3 variations!
- Border colors משתנים
- Shadows לא אחידים

Lock down EXACTLY 4 bg shades + 3 text shades + 1 border. Apply everywhere.

### U.7 · Accessibility (3h)
Audit:
- Contrast ratios (WCAG AA · 4.5:1 for text)
- Keyboard navigation (Tab order, focus states)
- Screen reader labels (aria-label)
- Alt text on images

Tools: Lighthouse in Chrome, axe DevTools extension.

- ❌ Commits to master directly — always branch `feature/ui-<name>` + PR
- ❌ Adding large libraries (final bundle <100KB gzipped)

## ✅ Do

- ✅ Mobile-first (design for 360px wide, then scale up)
- ✅ RTL-aware (test with `dir="rtl"`)
- ✅ Preserve existing Hebrew copy (don't rewrite content)
- ✅ Document every new class/component
